Joe Pantoliano (innate September 12, 1951) is an actor. He is also referred to as "Joey Pants": due to his surname existence super arduous for virtually all English speakers to pronounce, he typically upright asks humans to call for him Joey Pants.
Pantoliano was innate within Hoboken, New Jersey, USA to first generation Italian-American parents. He played a character Cypher in The Matrix, when well as Ralph Cifaretto in the HBO show The Sopranos, and likewise provided a voicework for the club creator Luigi Goterelli in the smash-hit videogame title, Grand Theft Auto III.
